Services Provided
We provide:
- Residential and commercial cleaning
- Pest control and fumigation
- Landscaping and gardening
- Vehicle and mobile cleaning
The exact scope of work will be agreed upon at booking.

Bookings & Scheduling
- Bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or website.
- Date, time, and type of service will be confirmed before deployment.
- Urgent services may attract additional charges.
- Clients must provide accurate details of property size and requirements.

Pricing & Payments
- Charges are based on scope, property size, and service type.
- A deposit may be required before service begins.
- Payments accepted via cash, M-Pesa, or bank transfer.
- Late payments may attract fees.

Client Responsibilities
- Provide access at the agreed time.
- Secure valuables and fragile items.
- Ensure electricity and water are available.
- Notify us of pets, hazards, or special needs.

Health & Safety
- We follow safety protocols for all treatments.
- Some pest control may require temporary evacuation.
- Clients must follow aftercare instructions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Same-day cancellations may attract fees.
- Client delays preventing access may incur call-out fees.

Liability
We deliver with care but are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property.
- Loss of unsecured items.
- Delays caused by external factors (weather, traffic, power outages).
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Service Guarantee
If unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean or re-treat the area free of charge. Guarantee does not apply if aftercare instructions are ignored.

Use of Website
All logos, content, and branding belong to Mukoya Cleaning Services. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved under Kenyan legal procedures.
